Our Story
Empower716 was created by RL Experience, LLC with a clear vision: to uplift, inspire, and provide essential resources to entrepreneurs in Western New York, especially young entrepreneurs of color. Through two interconnected efforts—Empower716 - The Podcast and the Young Entrepreneurs of Color Initiative—we aim to build a supportive ecosystem that encourages growth, innovation, and community impact.

In collaboration with True Community Development Corporation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Young Entrepreneurs of Color Initiative provides young entrepreneurs from underserved communities with financial assistance, mentorship, networking opportunities, and recognition. This initiative is a testament to Empower716’s commitment to fostering equitable opportunities for all.
