I love to work with groups to share what I know and give them tools to live and work more effectively. Over the past twenty years I have led workshops, trainings, and given presentations on topics ranging from youth development, staff management and leadership. I will design and lead sessions for both small and large groups. I work closely with clients to design training specially tailored to the needs of each community based or faith-based organization. 5 INGREDIENTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM.
This workshop will consist of key points that build positive youth development, strengthen active listening, create youth engagement and enhance ways to acknowledge others.
